Bravo Warranty
Terms & Conditions
1a) For all products purchased from Bravo , Bravo agrees to repair or replace the product whilst;
1b) The unit is inside the warranty period, which starts from the date of purchase;
1c) The unit is inside an extended warranty period;
1d) This warranty, in no way limits the rights of consumers according to their statutory rights
2a) Proof of purchase must be produced when making a warranty claim;
2b) If it is not viable for the unit to be repaired, Bravo will replace it with a like item from our range;
2c) Both the standard and extended warranties are on site services if a technician is required to attend;
2d) Once on site the technician will assess if the claim is covered by the warranty
3a) Any warranty terms and conditions offered by Bravo, are done so, inside of existing Australian legislation
3b) Permitted by law, under both the Standard and Extended warranties, the exclusions below apply,
3b1) If the product has been damaged by but not limited to, power surges, thunderstorm related damage, water damage, damage by any animal, fire, misuse, accidental damage or a defective product being used with it.
3b2) If the product has been tampered with
3c) Subject to Australian statutory warranty conditions, Bravo will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage suffered as a result of a malfunction in the Bravo unit
